These terms and conditions govern your use of the Small Dynamics AI (smalldynamics.ai) website and the free demo of our Voice AI services. By accessing our website or booking a demo, you agree to these terms.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse our website by introducing viruses, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using it in a way that disrupts or impairs its availability. We may restrict access at our discretion where we believe misuse has occurred.

Content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce it without our prior written permission.

We offer a free, no-obligation demo of our Voice AI services. Booking a demo does not create a contract for paid services. The demo is provided to help you assess whether our services suit your business, and you are free to decline any follow-up offer.

We aim to provide the demo at the time you select, but we may need to reschedule where circumstances outside our control make this impractical. We will give you as much notice as we reasonably can.

If you choose to subscribe to our paid services, a separate agreement will set out the fees, term, and scope of service. These terms continue to apply to your use of our website alongside that agreement.

Fees, where applicable, are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We may change our pricing from time to time; any change applies to new or renewed subscriptions only.

Our live Voice AI demo line is provided so you can hear the agent in action. You must not use it to send abusive, threatening, or unlawful content, or to attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or probe our systems. We may withdraw access to the line where we believe it is being misused.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of our website or the free demo is limited to the amount you have paid us (which, for a free demo, is nil). We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our handling of your personal data is explained in our privacy policy and cookie policy. By using our website you acknowledge that we will process your personal data in line with those policies.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the 'last updated' date. Your continued use of our website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
